Smokers must have Freedom too

There are a lot of people who are against smoking ban. These people think that the new legislation only cut the people freedom. They said that even people live in a free land they yet continue to stripping away each other's freedoms. It's no secret that prolonged exposure to nicotine is harmful to one's health, but people have the right to chose alone what they want to do, to smoke or not.

As it is known any habit has its risks, but who are they to make a decision for someone else based on our personal preferences? Every person has his or her own vices, and they have the right to make his or her own decisions.

According to a recent study, substance intake may not include the most beneficial things, but if that person knows the risks and still continue to take it, then nobody can’t stop him or her for not taking substances that contain nicotine. Getting someone to stop a harmful habit might require an intervention, but ultimately it is that person's decision to quit and that person's alone.

For example a lot of smokers smoke for almost 40 years but they are also responsible persons as that people who don’t smoke. Most of these smokers don’t light up any cigarette in the car or in the home where non-smokers are because they know the negative effects of cigarettes and of cigarette smoke but they continue to smoke alone because they like that even if it is detrimental.

As it is known no one is perfect, that’s why we must respect each other not to cut to each other the freedom or rights. Each person has been granted by God and the ability and the right to choose his or her own path in life, and to ban one's right to smoke in public places, or even at all, is not just a minor infringement on that person's right - it's stealing it.
